Luis was fantastic to work with in making and creating a custom piece for my fiancé. He helped me find the perfect radiant cut center stone and two beautiful tapered bagels to compliment it. I came in several times to select the stones and make small changes and alterations to the design from side stones to the finish, and he was incredibly gracious and helpful through the process. The ring came out better than I ever imagined and it was the perfect gift to start my life with the love of my life!

Rialto Jewelry was fantastic! They were able to fix a multi-decade old watch in about 7 minutes. They also have a great selection of jewelry. This place is a rare gem (pardon the pun)

I was given my Nana's ring upon her death over 5 years ago. Wearing it in my work industry wasn't practical so it sat in a drawer. I found Rialto after tons of recommendations. They turned a special ring into a BEAUTIFUL pair of earrings that I can wear every day. They kept in communications the entire time, showed me designs, and even though I agreed to the design, they came out better than I expected. April was amazing and so sweet. I will be back with any custom pieces I want.

All I can say is WOW!! This ring is the only thing of my Father’s I ever really wanted of his. It is just that one thing that reminds me of him from my childhood the most (If that makes sense). So, it has a very special in my heart. The last time I was over at his house we found it in his top drawer, but it was in rough shape! However, I was overjoyed because we all believed it was gone. He told me I could have it, and I got extremely excited! I honestly wish I had before and after pictures. Before I took it to Rialto the ring was tarnished, bent, oversized, and one of the diamonds appeared to be missing because of how dirty the ring was. It now looks brand new! Rialto told me that the work on the ring would take ten days to finish, but it was done in nine! When I arrived and inspected the ring, I first noticed it was resized perfectly as I placed it on my ring finger! The one diamond that I thought was missing was revealed after they cleaned it. Now all of the diamonds burst BRILLIANTLY on display, as well as the star fire sapphire!! The white gold has been restored to its former glory outward and under. I have never seen it look this nice! I am in awe of the work. Thank you Rialto! And, to the jeweler who worked on this…you restored something extremely significant and valuable to me. YOU HAVE A GIFT! THANK YOU!! I could not recommend this shop highly enough!

My fiancé and I had the best experience working with Rialto. We went in after having gone ring shopping prior and I was so lost on what I wanted. April worked with us and I was able to pick out my dream setting and talk a little about changes I would want to make. My fiancé went in 8 or 9 months later to buy the ring and they still had our notes saved! If I’m not mistaken the owner also helped him and he had a lovely experience with both him and April. They had diamonds ready with the specs he wanted and my ring is truly stunning. Couldn’t recommend more!

I can’t say enough about our experience with April & Luis at Rialto! My, now, fiancé proposed to me with my grandmother’s diamonds. We took it to Rialto for a custom design & OMG did they deliver. Even when we needed to take two of the diamonds out (they were cutting into my other fingers) they designed matching stud earrings. I am so in love with my pieces. April & Luis are so kind & personable that I feel like I’m talking to friends. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for such a big event or design. If you are looking for the most beautiful selection of jewelry combined with the type of customer service that only a loving family owned business can offer then Rialto Jewelry is the place for you. I was there the other day waiting while my watch was being serviced and I saw a young couple in love come in to shop for an engagement ring. It was so nice to see the time and care they were given. It’s nice to know that some businesses like this still exist. I will never shop at a big box jewelry store as long this wonderful store is around. You are the best!!!

Luis helped me design the engagement and wedding rings of my dreams! I also had three of my mother’s rings reset with new stones, and they came back looking absolutely brand new. The entire Rialto team is incredibly friendly and helpful. They will always be my go-to for all my fine jewelry needs.

I had an incredible experience working with April at Rialto Jewelry over the last year. We trusted them with our entire wedding jewelry process, and they delivered above and beyond. They took my family heirlooms and transformed them into a custom wedding band that means more than anything I could have bought off the shelf. They also took my mom’s diamond earring, turned it into a beautiful pendant for my fiancé, and incorporated her diamond into my wedding band, which made everything even more meaningful.
